Our Story
After having struggled with self-love and low self-esteem, and trying various healing methods, we found ourselves on a long journey of healing.
Now, feeling whole and abundant with self-love within, we were inspired to create this challenge for anyone looking to begin their healing journey toward self-love.
We know how hard it can be to truly love yourself.
It was hard for us at first - We were so used to treating ourselves harshly and letting negative thoughts run our lives. Unable to stand up for ourselves, didn’t truly know ourselves, and had zero boundaries.
